Welcoming Two New Execs to Our Team Gladly Team 4 minute read #Inside Gladly Ready to see what radically personal customer service looks like? Sign up for a free demo with Gladly today. We have a belief at Gladly that it’s about people first, strategy and everything else second. And I am thrilled to announce the addition of three people to our team that I know will make a tremendously positive impact on our culture and long term success. A big Gladly welcome to Jenny Roy, who will head up Marketing, and Margie Mader-Clark, leader of People Operations. Jenny Roy joins us as the VP of Marketing and has had an impressive career in both consumer and enterprise marketing. As an early marketer for Vontu, a data loss prevention pioneer, she built and grew the Demand Generation function and led a product marketing team at Symantec after it’s acquisition of Vontu. She was the first Marketing hire at Lookout, a leader in mobile security and grew the marketing team through its expansion to the enterprise. She brings a wonderful aspect to Gladly’s culture, as the champion for working parents (she has two beautiful little girls), and a passion for building that culture internally and externally. Margie Mader-Clark joins us as the VP of People and is another Vontu veteran, who did stints in various people leadership roles at Netscape, Hyperion, Coupons.com and Lookout. She most recently spent time at Nextdoor, running the people function there. Margie’s passion for people-centered cultures is a great fit with our passion for people-centered products, and she has successfully scaled companies again and again. In keeping with Gladly’s “whole person” employment philosophy, when Margie is not at work, she’s most likely in a basketball gym watching her son’s hoops games. The addition of these three execs really drives home Gladly’s people-first philosophy, adding an enormous breadth of talent and drive to our organization. Please join me in welcoming Jenny and Margie! Share
