Our co-founders — Joseph Ansanelli, Michael Wolfe, and Dirk Kessler — founded Gladly in 2014 with the goal of putting people back at the center of customer service. Since then, we have been relentlessly focused on elevating people and linking conversations, independent of channels. Our goal continues to be to bring humanity back to what have historically been transactional interactions between brands and customers.
Today, we serve over 200 customers in the US — including many of the world’s most-loved companies — and empower over 10,000 customer service heroes to help move the brands they represent from the transaction era into the loyalty era.
